Terms of Enrollment 

 

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Enrollment with The Sacred Science, LLC and its partners, affiliates, and assigns (together “The Sacred Science”). 

1. I hereby attest I am 18 years or older and have the capacity to agree to these Terms of Enrollment.
2. I understand that my participation in any workshop provided by The Sacred Science (the “Workshop”) is expressly conditioned upon my agreement to these Terms of Enrollment.
3. I have reviewed, I understand, and I agree to be bound by the Medical Disclaimer located here and the Terms of Service located here, and each as they may be amended from time to time. I understand The Sacred Science may revoke my access to the Workshop or any Workshop-related community forum or platform at any time for failing to abide by the Terms of Service or for any reason, at its sole discretion.
4. I understand The Sacred Science and its personnel do not function as medical providers. Various content provided in the Workshops may be provided by individuals with training and/or certifications in various fields including eastern and western medical fields, but as content providers for The Sacred Science, they are not functioning as medical providers and are in no way diagnosing or treating disease, medical, or mental health conditions. The Content provided by The Sacred Science should not be treated as a substitute for the services of physicians or licensed medical providers.
5. All Workshop materials, procedures, policies, and standards, all teaching manuals, all teaching aids, all supplements and the like that have been or will be made available by The Sacred Science or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for personal use in or in conjunction with this training program only.  Workshop content is for personal use only, and may not be sold, recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of The Sacred Science, or its designated agent. The information contained in program material is strictly for educational purposes. Any violation of The Sacred Science’s Terms of Enrollment or Terms of Use regarding content usage shall result in the immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.
6. I understand and agree The Sacred Science makes no representations, warranties, claims, or guarantees regarding the efficacy of its Workshops or Workshop recommendations. I understand and agree that participating in the Workshop does not guarantee any result. I understand I cannot hold The Sacred Science responsible for the accuracy or efficacy of the Content.
7. I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against The Sacred Science, and its officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”), on account of injury, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributable to my participation in the Workshops, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of The Sacred Science or any Releasees or otherwise. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against The Sacred Science or any other Releasee, and forever release and discharge The Sacred Science and all other Releasees from liability under such claims. Furthermore, I hereby agree I shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Sacred Science against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including attorneys’ fees, fees, the costs of enforcing any right to indemnification under this Release, and the cost of pursuing any insurance providers, awarded against The Sacred Science arising out or resulting from any claim of a third party related to my participation in the Workshop, including any claim related to my own negligence or the ordinary negligence of The Sacred Science.
8. By signing below, you agree you are responsible for all expenses associated with the Workshop and agree not to hold The Sacred Science liable for any costs or damages related to the Workshops.  

BY CONSENTING TO THESE TERMS OF ENROLLMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS OF ENROLLMENT AND THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE SACRED SCIENCE.
